The Links Experience | Goswick and Dustanburgh Castle Golf Club

The R&A has designated Goswick a regional qualifying venue for the Open Championship through 2023.

Set in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with the ruins of Dunstanburgh Castle looming over it, the course is recognised as one of the finest in the area.

This traditional links course, designed by the legendary James Braid, will test golfers with its ever-changing wind direction as the routing bends around the bay and back.

Benefiting from free draining links land, Dunstanburgh often remains open through periods of inclement weather when other courses in the region may be forced to close. And playing onto regular greens in all seasons means the course offers a great golfing experience year-round.
